Please begin the registration process by reading the following Participation agreement and clicking on "Yes" to continue. Participation Agreement By registering to be matched up with a sponsor school in the United States, the school or organization I work with is willing and able to meet the following terms: 1. We are an educational institution or not-for-profit organization serving vulnerable, orphaned or impovered children. 2. We agree to provide as much information as possible about our students' needs in order to help Books of Hope find a suitable sponsor. 3. We are able to communicate regularly with Books of Hope staff through email. We are able to reply to email at least once a week when necessary. 4. We welcome an annual visit by Books of Hope staff to collect letters, photographs, and video from our students for our sponsor school in the United States. Books of Hope staff, in turn, will protect our students' confidentiality according to our privacy policies. 5. If Books of Hope staff are not able to visit our school, we agree to try to collect letters and photographs of our students with the donated books to send to Books of Hope. Books of Hope will then distribute these letters and photographs to our sponsoring school(s). 6. We understand that by enrolling in Books of Hope, our sponsor school in the United States or the Books of Hope program is not obligated to meet any or all of our requested needs. Participation in this program does not constitute a binding agreement for services or assistance from any of the involved parties. Books of Hope is a gesture of support and friendship from American schools.
